The Challenge

For Gogozing Migration, migration is personal. They know how stressful it can be to live your life in limbo because of visas. They help people navigate this complicated area so they can live their lives where and how they want.

But their website was holding them back from achieving this mission. For one, they were having trouble reaching new customers because they weren’t ranking high enough on search engines like Google. Less web traffic meant fewer leads and lower conversion rates. In a competitive industry, Gogozing Migration was getting lost in the shuffle.

Gogozing Migration is also known for its approachable and down-to-earth customer service framework. They’re the easy-going, friendly migration agents everyone wishes they had. But their website failed to capture this compassionate spirit. As a result, users weren’t getting an accurate sense of the high-quality service they’d receive.

The main goals of this project were to:

• Boost the company’s website ranking on search engines
• Generate more high-quality leads and conversions, and
• Capture the brand’s personable approach to providing migration advice

Our Solution

Gogozing Migration presented me with their struggles. I presented them with solutions and law firm marketing strategies.

To improve the company’s ranking on search engines, my team developed search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies. I started by conducting SEO keyword research to discover which terms would bring their site to the top of every search engine. I made recommendations for which terms to use based on the level of SEO competition for each one. I then edited the website copy to incorporate these keywords across the website.

Boosting their SEO ranking was also a step in generating more leads and conversions. But I knew I could take it one step further. On the existing site, there were very few call-to-actions. That meant there was very little incentive for users to get in touch with the company. To solve this, I added several eye-catching CTA buttons for users to book free visa calls. I included one in the header, so users could sign up no matter which web page they were on. I inserted the others in several spots on the individual services web pages. This included the partner visa page and the student visa page. The CTA buttons served as consistent reminders for users to book in for a complimentary call. This kind of persistent messaging is key in converting visitors into loyal clients.

The biggest challenge of all? The fact that Gogozing Migration’s web copy didn’t represent their brand identity. The writing on the existing website was generic and impersonal – the exact opposite of the service they offer. So, I went through and added personal touches to the web copy to make the site feel warmer and more engaging.

The Payoff

My law firm marketing strategies for Gogozing Migration was simple yet effective, leading to huge rewards for the firm. After launching the rejuvenated website, the site’s ranking on Google jumped from page 6 to page 1 (using Google ads for short-term). As a result, web traffic spiked dramatically, with clicks increasing by 140%.
